That said, while writing, I realized that I myself still need to relearn and practice many of the very things I\u2019m sharing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Regarding the four pillars:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Body refers to physical health and disciplined habits. A healthy body provides energy for learning, working, and enjoying life.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mind relates to one\u2019s mental and emotional well-being. A stable mind helps maintain direction amidst turbulence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Wisdom refers to knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability. A great wisdom leads to sound judgment and wise decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Virtue encompasses one\u2019s moral character and guiding principles such as sincerity, integrity, responsibility, and respect. Great virtue ensures lasting success and a meaningful life.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0These four pillars are interconnected: a weakened body can disturb the mind; a restless mind can cloud the wisdom; and great wisdom without virtue can harm oneself and others. Conversely, strong virtue forms the foundation for the other three.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Thus, balance is essential: care for the body daily, nurture a calm mind, sharpen the wisdom through learning, and uphold unwavering virtue. When these four are in harmony, all aspects of life, including study, work, family, and community, will uplift one another. I hope this book will be a gentle reminder of endurance on that journey.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All proceeds from book sales will be donated to the Be Better Foundation to help underprivileged children access education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Hopefully, this book will receive strong support.
