1. Nurturing the power of mindset and future orientation:
- Help students build their mindset, self-orientation, and choose career paths that match their capabilities and passion.
- Share real-life experiences and life lessons to better equip students for their future.
2. Inspiring and motivating:
- Introduce role models who overcame hardship and share stories of success to encourage striving for excellence.
- Help students recognize their self-worth and live a positive, meaningful life that contributes to the community.
3. Creating a valuable playground:
- Organize activities such as the “Knowledgeable Person” Contest to enhance teamwork, public speaking, critical thinking, and learning spirit.
4. Providing encouragement grant:
- Support orphaned and underprivileged students to continue pursuing their education.
III. Main activities
1. Encouragement grant activity
Giving presents and encouragement grants to students who are both orphaned (father or mother) and living in difficult circumstances:
2. “Knowledgeable person” contest
The “Knowledgeable Person” contest focused on 4 core topics:
- Choosing a career path
- Success and values
- Knowledge and skills
- Overcoming challenges
At the beginning of 2025, Be Better Foundation introduced new improvements to the Mentorship program:
- For the first time, teachers participated as mentors, joining students in discussion and reflection on program topics.
- Beyond individual speeches, a new team debate round was added to cultivate students’ critical thinking.
- To expand the connection circle between Be Better Foundation – students – teachers – parents, the program also welcomed parents to attend Mentorship alongside their children.

IV. Achievements
- Supported 20 orphaned students in difficult circumstances with a total scholarship value of VND 40,000,000.
- Awarded 50 prizes worth a total of VND 24,400,000 in the “Knowledgeable Person” contest to encourage learning spirit and personal development among students.
- Heartfelt moments as students opened up about the hardships they are facing. We are deeply grateful for the trust they placed in us, opening their hearts to share the hardships they’ve been carrying, and seeking heartfelt advice from our mentors.
- There are memorable moments as students enthusiastically shared their thoughts on the program’s topics. We believe they have been given opportunities and new-found inspiration, helping them believe in themselves and face life’s challenges with greater confidence.
