How should I give and how much is enough?
The financial resources of the Be Better Foundation are contributed by the community through charitable donations, fundraising campaigns, and revenue from the sale of philanthropic products.
In addition, Mr. Tran Van Tinh, Founder of Be Better, has committed to dedicating 30% of his working time to the Foundation’s activities and contributing a minimum of 50% of the annual profits from IMM Group – the corporation he founded – to ensure the Foundation’s sustainable operation and development.
Currently, Be Better’s primary focus is on our long-term project “Change the Future”, which gives students full – tuition, partial or smaller scholarship for their vocational, college, or university education. Normally, after senior high school, these students will work menial jobs, earning some meager income and not being able to change their lives. However, with support, even the limited one, they would have the chance to get better education and job opportunites, thus creating a brighter future for themselves and their family. This is the most important reason for our project.
In addition to the main project, the Foundation also has “mindset-nurturing” projects and short-term ones that support the students with necessities and learning tools if need be.
To support the Foundation, especially the “Change the Future” project, you can give us a helping hand by:
- Paying a portion of the tuition fee: You can help these students with a portion of their vocational school/college/university tuition fee on a semester basis (1, 2, or even more semesters, according to the students’ preferences) or on a yearly basis.
- Paying the entire tuition fee: With this option, you will cover all tuition fees for one or more students. You may also choose to make a long-term donation to the Foundation on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
To donate regularly, you can start with just 1% of your income. We believe that gaining or giving a few hundred will not make us richer or poorer. No matter how “small” your contribution is, you will be happy with it for its positive impact on people’s lives. You’ll never lose a thing when you give to make life better.
Therefore, if possible, join Be Better in creating a positive change for life, for society, or at the very least, for a resilient student in difficulties!
