II. OBJECTIVE
1. Thinking development and future orientation:

- Share real-life experiences and life lessons to help students better prepare for the future.

- Tell stories and role models of overcoming adversity to motivate students.
- Help students recognize their values to live positively and contribute to the society.
3. Creating useful platforms:

- Organization of activities like the “A Person of Wisdom” competition help students develop essential skills such as teamwork, public speaking, critical thinking, and a thirst for learning.
4. Providing Scholarship:

- To support orphaned and underprivileged students to continue their education.

1. Scholarship grants
Giving gifts to students who are both orphans (lost a parent) and in difficult circumstances:

2. “A person of wisdom” competition
Following the success of the first updated version of Mentorship in 2025, Be Better Foundation continues the “A person of wisdom” competition, with four core themes:

- Knowledge and skills
- Overcoming hardships
In this second edition of 2025, the program has been refined and upgraded with several new features to bring greater value to students:

- Teachers as companions: Building on their role as mentors, teachers worked closely with students to engage in deeper reflection and meaningful discussions around the competition’s themes to develop critical thinking and self-orientation abilities in the students.
- Update the competition format: In addition to the team public speaking, which had previously left a strong and positive impression, the competition continues to feature the team debate, creating a dynamic space for students to sharpen their critical thinking and cultivate the confidence to engage in persuasive dialogue.
- Expanding connection: With a vision to build a connected educational ecosystem, Be Better Foundation has expanded participation this year. In 2025, in addition to students and teachers, parents also participated, helping families understand and support their children in shaping the future.

Specific and deeply meaningful results were achieved through Mentorship program:

- 20 “Change the Future” scholarships were awarded to orphaned students facing extreme hardship, with a total value of VND 43,000,000, motivating them to stay firmly on their educational path.
- 53 prizes were presented to students participating in “A person of wisdom” competition, with a total value of VND 41,400,000, encouraging a spirit of learning, personal growth, and the ambition to conquer knowledge.
- 20 “Change the Future” scholarships were awarded to orphaned students facing extreme hardship, with a total value of VND 43,000,000, motivating them to stay firmly on their educational path.
Beyond amounts, Mentorship has left a lasting impression on students.
Besides career orientation, the program also aims to provide students with essential skills like proactiveness, strengthen independent thinking, and nurture positive life values to prepare for the next chapter of their life.Profound understanding and sincerity was clearly demonstrated in their reflections. 1. Self- awareness of future orientation
Students came to understand that determining their future is not a responsibility that can be delegated to others, but one that demands personal initiative and thoughtful decision-making.

2. Deep understanding of the connection between passion, ability, and personal circumstance
Students realized that passion must be grounded in real abilities and considered within the context of family and society.

3. Aware of the importance of critical thinking and planning skills

4. Embracing the power of inner strength and perseverance
Stories from the speakers filling with real challenges and unshakable efforts ignited their motivation.

5. Nurturing core life values: Body – Mind – Wisdom – Virtue
The students deeply understood the importance of maintaining physical (Body) and mental (Mind) health, and a wise intellect (Wisdom).
