On the morning of 12 October, in an atmosphere filled with warmth and love, the Be Better bus continued its journey to Vo Van Kiet High School (Vung Liem District, Vinh Long Province). As the first rays of sunlight streamed through the windows, the entire auditorium came alive with the energy of nearly 250 11th and 12th grade students and their teachers. From the very first moments before the program even began, the curious eyes, shy smiles, and the positive energy radiating from the students warmed our hearts, as if all beautiful things were waiting to be shared in that very instant.
That day’s Mentorship session also held a contest. This is not the kind of contest that uses formulas or writing on paper to evaluate and only top students could join. This is a contest of courage, where students dared to confront their own fears just to stand and speak into a microphone. From trembling voices to increasingly confident expressions, the atmosphere of the auditorium transformed with each perspective and thought shared. We felt both joy and emotion seeing students boldly voice their thoughts and reflections. These weren’t just statements—they were signs of growth, of belief in themselves, and of a willingness to open up to the world.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Board of Management and the teachers of Vo Van Kiet High School for enabling us to join and listen to your students. And most especially, thank you to the nearly 250 students who were fully present throughout the morning session. Thank you for your brave hearts—for daring to believe, for daring to stand and share. You painted a colorful, beautiful image of Vo Van Kiet’s students in the heart of the Foundation.
