Report on the charity trip “Awarding scholarships to poor and studious students in Gia Lai and Kon Tum”

On April 23–24, 2022, Be Better Foundation organized a charity trip to give scholarships to poor, studious children in Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces following the call for it at the beginning of April.
Herein we would like to publish the report on this program in detail as below:

1. List of sponsors who donated to this project

2. List of poor students receiving scholarships certified by the school/locality: 

Be Better Foundation sponsored scholarships for five schools during this trip, with a total amount of VND 133,900,000.

Gia Lai Province: Sponsoring one school with a total amount of VND 37,100,000.

Kon Tum Province: Sponsoring four schools in Kon Plong District with a total amount of VND 96,800,000

4. Other volunteer activities

During the trip, Mr. Tran Van Tinh (Tony Tinh), founder of Be Better Foundation, sponsored more scholarships for orphans.

In total, there were 14 children receiving support with a total amount of 7,000,000 VND.

After each scholarship distribution, the delegation interviewed many children with special circumstances to consider including them in the long-term study support program until the end of high school.

Interviewing children from extremely difficult circumstances to consider long-term scholarships for them:
How do you go to school? I walk to school. How far do you walk? I don’t know. Do you walk long? Yes. About how many minutes? More than 1 hour.
