Meeting over 30 students recently, we read some very heartfelt lines:
“Perhaps my abilities do not meet the criteria set by the organizers, but I still hope to receive this scholarship. This is an opportunity for me to fulfill my dreams and aspirations. Once I find a suitable position after graduation, it will be all about effort and more effort. First and foremost, I do not want to burden anyone. It is truly shameful not to be able to provide for my own basic needs. Once I stabilize my situation, I will support my parents’ living expenses and my younger sister’s education. After fulfilling this wish, perhaps it will be time for me to find ways to repay those who have supported me all these years—helping others as I was helped—perhaps this is what they truly want me to do instead of merely repaying them…”
Traveling to Binh Tan was a very special journey. It was memorable not only because over 30 students registered for the “Change the Future” scholarship but also because of the long stories that linger in our hearts. Reflecting on the circumstances of these students, most of which were based on established criteria, the Be Better Foundation decided to award 21 “Change the Future” scholarships to 21 exceptionally disadvantaged students, including four full scholarships, eleven partial scholarships, and six encouragement scholarships.

Additionally, among these students, four are under consideration for scholarships and their development is being monitored. In this case, the results will not be immediately announced, and notification letters have not yet been sent. The Foundation will take time to observe their improvements, provide appropriate guidance for their futures, or verify their circumstances before deciding on the scholarships to be awarded.
We hope that the 21 scholarships awarded to students from Tan Quoi High School, Tan Luoc High School, and My Thuan High School will provide them with more confidence, courage, and determination in the upcoming university entrance exams, leading them to the schools of their dreams and starting their own journey of “Changing the Future.”
