Background:
Three children from the family are currently studying at primary and secondary school in Tan Thien, Lagi, Binh Thuan. The house is filled with siblings while the father is old and weak with heart disease. The mother has heart disease, too. She is illiterate, has no work capacity, and has no stable job. The family’s economy depends mainly on the precarious wages the mother earns and a part of the wages the older brothers and sisters earn.
